rev:text	Great check in experience and assistance from the front desk staff! Very helpful and very up beat no matter what time I have checked in or even if they are extremely busy as I check in.... Not a lot of places I stay have a desk staff this helpful and courteous! Not a lot to say about the restaurant as I have only had appetizers from them before going elsewhere. Nice that you can drop off an Enterprise Rental Car at the hotel..... Big reason I like staying here as I fly out of CLE. Starbucks in the hotel is a nice thing too!
