I was really excited to get services started.
The offer was brought to my attention as part of a special event at Costco. The services are set up under your Costco account, so it makes it easier to find your customer information when you have to call the delivery company. Our delivery driver gave me his personal cell phone in case we needed anything right after we got services set up. I wound up using the drivers number asking for a text once the first delivery was completed.

The new rating was given as a result of what the owner did. Customer service still needs improvement.
We had a crack in the very last bottle during one of our deliveries not that long after we started services. This bottle leaked & caused water to get everywhere (including on my carpet). Due to this problem, I decided to cancel services. I called the company explaining what happened & telling them that I was canceling services. Customer service did not offer any credit or other resolutions to my cracked bottle.
The owner did see this problem listed on my review & issued a credit for the cracked bottle.
However, dealing with customer service about this was very difficult- #1. They told me that my last bill was supposed to be sent to me by email Friday, but didn't arrive until Saturday. #2. They had difficulty finding the credits & explaining the last bill.
