The wine wasn't very good. I found their new cabernet to be too tart.
I liked the interior decor. Especially that wooden panel wall that you see when you first walk in.
The tables are nice and artsy. I like the lights that they have, trendy but not too pretentious about it.
The happy hour menu is nice, gives you lots of choices.
The regular menu is ok, I had a hard time deciding on something because there just seemed to be something off about all the dishes. I just couldn't put my finger on what it was that didn't click with me.
The server recommended two dishes, I picked the chicken and waffles combo she liked. It came out and the spicy chicken was good, but the jalapeno waffles were way too heavy for that dish. I couldn't eat more than a few bites because it was so heavy.
The Caesar salad came with tomatoes, and it really made the salad good. Too much Parmesan, but that's being picky.
Service was fine, someone new was training in so we had two different people working our booth.
The food and menu were average overall, the execution is just off at this place.
