  • Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service and quality of dry cleaning that Carmel Cleaners provided. This dry cleaner is tucked away in a strip mall near my office, and is run by two of the most friendly and genuine women I have had the pleasure of working with. The owners Kim and Terry are frequently at the location working with their customers. Benefits include Organic Dry Cleaning, cheaper services than any other dry cleaner in a 10 mile radius, unparalleled quality of dry cleaning, and a free 24 hour drop off and pick up that can be linked to a credit card on file. Terry and Kim were even kind enough to work with me as a small business owner by not only putting up a few poster for a "Suit Drive," with the goal of collection gently used business attire for troops returning from active duty, but also offering to send out an email to their client base letting them know about this collection drive. This speaks volumes to me about the character of this business and the fantastic owners. Would recommend to anyone (and I have already recommended to many friends and family).
