  • This place is horrible. The price for a service call on the website says $19 and he immediately said that the service call would be $40 because I'm probably in north Charlotte. FYI I'm not in north Charlotte, he never asked my location and I was calling from an out of state number. When I asked him about the price difference he got a horrible attitude and said that the Greeks will screw you and he hates having to deal with people who can't read and don't understand the meaning of a service call. Knowing that I'm at least the second call where he said offensive things about a group of people I'm so glad I found someone else who was professional, upfront about the price and had great customer service. The guy's name is drew btw.
