My tenant said the AC wasn't cooling as well as it did before, so after seeing positive reviews on yelp I called these guys. A guy came out to the condo and didn't bother to call me and let me know what the problem was or what it'll take to fix it until I asked my tenant if they ever showed up. That's when the technician finally contacted me and, starting with a bunch of excuses as to why he didn't call me from the job, told me I need to replace the AC unit and that it'll cost me $4,600!!! And another $2,000 for the outside unit, to save on the "bundle" and insure it works well! He said he'll email me the inspection breakdown the next morning, but it took 6 days and 3 phone calls to the office to receive it!
I found this behavior unprofessional and wanted a second opinion. I found another company on here with hundreds of great reviews whose busy owner took the time to return my call. He sent me a guy who located and fixed the problem in 20 minutes! And it cost me $300 instead of 4,600!!!
The only reason I didn't give ACLV 1 star is because their technician showed up and the girls in the office have good phone manner.
