  • Stopped in a few days ago to buy an interior light bulb. Straight off told the gal the #, she said "yes, we have it"...walked from behind the counter to the other counter (maybe service desk) to let a guy know what she was looking for ( I presume) came back to me, asking if I had the old bulb out? I said I couldn't get it out yet, but per the owners manual that was the bulb # I needed. She said I should come back once I have the bulb out "make sure it's the right bulb". Um...WHAT, WHY? I told you what I wanted, why can't you just sell me the bulb?!! I left. Frustrated and confused. I don't understand why you would send someone away?....Does my bulb cost hundreds of $s and is "special order"? I don't get it, but I guess I will try my luck at the dealer. Won't be back to a merchant that doesn't want my business.
