I have been a customer of TWC for a while now. The problem I have is when you call customer service you get different information each time. I was sold on changing from a modem only to a modem and router
together, but what did not know until I talked to a customer service representative that it cost 10 dollars a month to use it. I did not have internet for about a month. I call tech support and I was told that the router could be bridged and I could use my own router. So one month 3 tech support calls later I got this information. Wow!!! Why!
