| - The good -
The Staff is very friendly and attentive
Hotel location is fine, and you can be in the "action" in a 5 minute walk.
The not good -
-There's ALWAYS a line at check in, from 3-8 people deep. Get some more staff on already
-The parking garage is an absolute abomination. Two cars can't go around the corner so it's an absolute cluster. dangerous, dangerous.
-As a Hilton Diamond member I am supposed to get "best available". Well, they "upgraded to a King room - I DON'T WANT A KING ROOM, JUST LIKE IT SAYS ON MY PROFILE! OK, so I get another room where the desk is right beside the floor mounted AC, so you constantly get pounded by the cold air. I had to use the drapes to shut off the flow or for sure I'd have gotten sick.
- Food in the restaurant is just OK, and when I wanted a beer to take back to my room - nope, have to order through room service. Right, I'll pay an extra $5-6 for a beer for someone to walk it up. No thanks.
-No lounge. I got breakfast chits (reasonable selection), but no evening benefit. I'll go to another hotel next time I'm in TO.
