On a Saturday afternoon they can be busy, but they have a neat app so you know how many parties are in front of you. The hostess will text you when your table is ready. After a short wait, we were seated. Although there is a sign in the wall "There is nothing fast about a great burger," service and food were quick. Word to the wise: the bathrooms are downstairs and not handicapped accessible. The two of us split a shake, burger, and order of fries for about $25 including tip. That was just enough food, with a serving of fries we took home for leftovers. The strawberry shake was sweet and creamy. However, the average Joe burger was extremely average, even with white cheddar cheese. Needed mustard from one of the bottles on the table to be worth writing home about. This was our third trip to a BRGR, and although I prefer locally owned joints to chains, this one has enough quality and variety that we will likely be back.
