| - This company has the worst "support" ever. There is no phone number to call the office in Phoenix. You always have to email "support" and wait hours for their answer. Veyo dispatch can be called but is very limited in what they can do so they tell you to email "support".
In the Veyo office the people there are aloof and have horrible, if not nonexistent listening skills. They don't give a damn what the drivers say. They are secretive and won't tell you any information on corporate. You are called an independent contractor and use your own car. You don't have any choice as to who you give rides to. I was recently let go because I refused to take juveniles and young children when they're by themselves. If a driver does that, it can be a huge risk. Those kids can say anything e.g. he/she touched me, or did something bad.. they can tell their parents, mention it inside the place you took them to, or if they have a cell phone can call the police. You, the driver, will suffer very much. Your whole world will come crashing down around you even though you're innocent. Veyo doesn't care. They will tell you that you don't have the right to refuse to take small kids. ITS YOUR CAR, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO TAKE SOMEONE!! Besides, where are the parents? You're also expected to sign in juveniles at different medical places. DON'TDO IT!! If something happens involving that kid, your name is on the list, NOT the parents and you could be called on the carpet.
The guy in the office who fired me because I wouldn't take kids is bald, had a blue shirt on, sat in the back of the office. He's probably got "little mans" disease. He was rude, acted like a total jerk, his listening skills are disgusting. He's a total asshole.
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING DRIVING FOR VEYO, DON'T. YOU'LL BE SORRY!! The CEO Josh Komenda
makes sure he is shielded and you cannot get ahold of him to escalate any complaint. But, he has a Facebook page, so leave him lots of messages so this Phoenix office gets straightened out.
