  • With all the trendy joints in town, it's nice to have a legitimate neighborhood bar. This is the kind of place where you can have a conversation with the whole place, or have drinks with one person. Beautifully remodeled (if you remember what the place looked like back in the day, you wouldn't recognize it). Darts, Golden Tee, Juke box, friendly service, and a quality owner who's truly invested in the quality of the establishment and it's neighborhood 3rd place ambiance, have made this my go to chillaxin bar. I recommend Thursday nights, based soley on the fact that the bartender, Steve, is simply a high quality human being. No $14 pistachio goofberry martinis, either! Excellent prices for a good selection of craft bottles, a half dozen handles, and a good liquor selection. I give 5 starts because this is great at being exactly what it is meant to be.
