  • I recently ordered a washer/dryer set from best buy. Had a great experience, my only issue was they had a prior year model of the pair listed on the website but when I asked about buying those I was told it was unavailable. Unfortunate because I could've saved over $600 on the pair. Note: if the item is not available, don't have it listed on your website. I feel like some sort of price adjustment should've been given but nothing was offered.
