  • I have been a member for over a year and a half. Overpriced, underserved and keeps getting worse. Their only goal is to upsell. If you have infants, don't sign up there is never availability. The $10 a month gym down the street never turned down my baby. Time to take care of your customers lifetime, the momentum is going in the wrong direction
