  • Extremely disappointed. Been coming here for about 2 months buying pre rolls after pre rolls and other items. A little on the pricey side compared to other places but was happy with there customer service. The issue: Everytime I came to purchase, they were always preaching to me about there weed pens and how ultimately I would save money using those. I finally gave in to buy one. The cartridge they sold me was leaking in my pocket. I showed them the cartridge and they were able to confirm that it was a defected cartridge. Manager came to me and agreed with me but informed me that he cant do anything about it because it all leaked out. I explained I understand but the cartridge was unusable and I felt that it was unfair to convince me to buy somthing, and then turn around and tell me my item is defected but nothing they can do for me. I explained I'm willing to pay half of the product and they couldn't and only offered me 10 percent off. Wish they could have done more to rectify the situation. I was a returning customer. But unfortunately they have lost me.
