We got the tip to go here from the restaurant owner of the place visited last night in Panguitch, UT. As it was on our way we tried it out and weren't disappointed: I'm intolerant to wheat and they had plenty of gluten free options. My wife doesn't tolerate spicy too well and still plenty of options. All was very tasty and unique outside of Louisiana, served with a smile from one of the many friendly waitresses and in a great atmosphere of a small restaurant. You can see, feel and taste that the personnel works here with pleasure!
