Like many others, we were set up with Cactus through our home warranty company. I read the reviews after our appointment was made and to say I was stressed about the service would be an understatement. James called us this morning to let us know he would be there in ten minutes, which was perfect because it gave me time to put our guard dog away and crate our new pup. He diagnosed our problem in about 30 seconds based off my details of the issues we were having. It was fixed quickly, and I had prepaid the service fee through the home warranty company. I would say don't be afraid of Cactus-but do ask if James can be sent to your home.
