I would give this place no stars if I could. To start with my husband and I got talked into the 2 year contract mainly because they do not offer anything else but we thought it was alright because hey we wanted to work on our fitness and at the time our health insurance would reimburse us if we went so many times a month.
Fast forward and I changed jobs and the health insurance changed and it became less convenient to go to the gym. I spent a few times trying to ask corporate how I could get out of our contracts. With no success other than paying hundreds of dollars.
I now know that there are so many other contract free fitness options that allow for things like job changes, life changes, etc.
And how about the customer service at the actual location they swipe your membership card and they can see I had towel service but when I could get them to stop goofing off with other coworkers I would have to ask for a towel.
Many times equipment would be out of service or over capacity.
The accounting corp office staff over the course of 2 years when I would call to update address and payment methods were often short and made me feel like I was just a number.
My advice...do your research.
