  • It took Troy 10 days to repair a leak beneath the floor where the washer & dryer rest. He never came back to replace the appliances. The floor was left with such a slope that once we wrestled the appliances back in, we couldn't level them. Despite several appointments, the job is still incomplete. He made statements to our home warranty people that were wholly false and untrue. We are now stuck having to get a contractor to repair Troy's damage. Thanks a heap, Troy! Well, after two months of our back & forth with the home warranty company, theirs with Troy, we finally dragged out the washer & dryer and got the floor repaired. Had to put the appliances back, again, too. Now, Troy is calling my wife because of the review. Call me, Troy. Phone records and notes are available and supportive.
