After a hectic Saturday, my husband and I walked down to Humble Wine Bar around 10PM last night for a glass of wine. Our server was knowledgeable and really took the time to go over the wine menu with us. I appreciated the fact that I could see he was busy and moving quickly, yet when he came to our table he slowed things down and was sincerely happy to serve us. We hadn't planned on ordering food as it was so late, but it smelled amazing in there and everything on the menu sounded so good. We decided to split the flatbread with herbed ricotta. This was to die for! The bread was thick and chewy, but also crisp, airy, and perfectly seasoned. I got a glass of Rickshaw Pinot Noir and my husband got the Malbec. Mine was nice, but my husband and I agreed the Malbec was one of the best we've had. We cannot wait to come back for dinner and try the pizzas! Humble Wine Bar is gorgeous inside and out and we are so glad that such a wonderful place has opened in our neighborhood.
