  • I Had a horrible experience here today. I went in for a gel manicure, but had a gel set on that needed to be either filed down or removed. The woman I had didn't even bother soaking them off she just ripped them off and still charged me $10 for removing them. She then went right into putting on the polish. I was there for a MANICURE. I asked her if their manicures included a soak and trimming of the cuticles she said that she didn't THINK they needed it,but that is the whole purpose of the manicure. Her attitude was horrible. She then said she wouldn't charge for a manicure but just paint which is $20! I had multiple issues with her that were too many to name. Once I got to the front to pay, I asked if I could speak to a manager and the receptionist said they wouldn't be in until tomorrow. I know one thing is for sure, I will not be returning to this place.
