  • The Good: They did not physically attack my tenants while doing their work. The Bad: They did not actually do half of the job they'd been hired to do. They redid the grout in 2 showers, poorly. The Ugly: In addition to leaving a large amount of grout on the walls surrounding the areas they worked in, in addition to being over an hour late for the scheduled appointment, they also left 2 cracked tiles in the shower after being retained specifically to fix that exact problem. They redid the grout but refused to fix the cracks. Upon discussing this with Nancy the owner, she chose to hang up on me. That's several hundred dollars down the drain. I would avoid this business if I were you.
