  • Whether you go for the Ramen or an evening of improvisational cuisine, this restaurant is AMAZING! Chef Josh kicks off the week with Ramen night every Tuesday by offering 4 selections, Miso, Shoyu, Goma, and Shrimp. We've tried them all, and picking a favorite is difficult. I love the Shoyu with the marinated, soft egg. During this last visit, though, I had the shrimp. I LOVE that if you ask for a to go order they will package the noodles separately so they don't get mushy. The rest of the week they do their amazing improvisational cuisine. All I can say is TRY IT. Be open to everything, make your selections "chef's choice," and trust them to serve you the most amazing meal you have ever experienced.
