  • +.5 for service H&M's "flagship" store is located inside the Eaton Centre, and spans 3 floors tall. Unfortunately (for myself) only one floor is dedicated to men's clothing, with the other two floors mixed with females and children's clothing. For such a huge store, I was disappointed at the lack of dress shirts and dress pants available. Dress shirts were mainly confined to a quarter of the 2nd floor, while dress pants were scattered throughout the whole floor. I also noticed the sizes were, for the most part, too large for me. My dad managed to purchase many clothing from here though, since the sizes fit him perfectly! I added a +.5 for service, because the employees that I asked for assistance were very attentive and made sure they came back to me whether they had my size or not. The cashier was also excellent and interacted with my dad and I while he was scanning our purchases. I didn't expect much service on a Good Friday, but I was definitely impressed by that. Despite the excellent service, I will not return to this H&M due to the lack of selection available for the size this place is.
