This review is for the manager {Brandon Bender} not sure if that is his last name or not since he was extremely rude and unprofessional he has the customer service skills of a 5 year old chimp. I've been getting the run around every time I call about my refund for a car that I was going to buy there and didn't. Every call is long holds and no answers or voice mails. So after a month or so I decided to speak to manager thinking that would be a good idea. Little did I know that he was worse than just getting ignored like all the other times that I called. He hung up the phone on me and when I tried calling back 3 times I kept getting hanged up on. Must be caller ID because I called back with number blocked and got an answer. They are quite the gang.
My Response to your response is, that the issue is not the refund which should have been processed by now since in 3 days on 2-4-18 it will have been 30 days. The issue is that I was treated extremely rude by a manager at Kia of Tempe not to mention I've gotten the run around every singe time I have called. Everything from 30 minute wait times and no answer or transferred to voice mails. We have a lease with Kia of Scottsdale and our experience there has been awesome.
