I huge lover of ramen I was excited to try out her favorite noodle house 'Monta'..
It's located on Spring Mountain in Chinatown and like every decent place will probably have a line.
We were lucky and fitted right away, we came around 430 p.m. Monta is another very quaint ramen joint that greets you when you arrive, and quickly serves their specialties.
Their ramen options are well described and actually convinced me to try a broth I never had. Delicious!!! Though I am a huge pork fan and the broth made with pork is divine.
They don't have ramen that is specifically spicy, but they have a spicy option. They offer many sides for a nominal fee, including extras that were pretty tasty.
The kimchi fried rice was very good, but the pork belly bowl was lacking meat...
The green onions are shredded, I wasn't a fan as it lost its flavor being so thin. Though I was very pleased with the creamy consistency of my soup.
I enjoyed my lunch and the employees were very delightful.
But, I would rate Monta on Spring Mountain 3***'s
