| - I feel bad holding the office staff and doctors accountable for this "A-OK" review, because I have been here 4 times since I moved in the area and they are always nice, see me quickly, and very friendly with my kids.
However, good luck trying to use fastmed's online bill pay system, I have tried 4 times, unsuccessfully, and get a message that "the patient information wasn't found" so I must call, wait for the right option, wait on hold, and then make my convenient "online" payment after 10 minutes, which I normally wouldn't cry about, but it has to be during my workday because they aren't open any other time.
The last straw was me calling on a Friday when work was slow enough for me to take "medical bill payment break" and went through the calling process, the waiting on hold, just to get a voicemail. Do not implement an online payment system if it won't work.
