  • This review is for agent Maria Palmer..... This has been the best experience with a realtor I have ever had. Most of the time purchasing a home is a royal pain in the rear. Not this time, Maria was wonderful. Our daughter is a student at UNLV and needed a permanent residence as she would be making Las Vegas her permanent home. We had some guidelines .... "safe, cheap, cute".... not big guidelines but that's what we wanted. I was previously working with another agent (from a different big name realty) who did not take our guidelines into consideration and only showed us properties out of our price range (I suspect they wanted a bigger commission). I understand, you want to maximize your money/time....but come on? Think of what your clients want....anyway, time was running out as our daughter needed to be moved out of the dorms by mid December. Fed up, I contacted a HS friend who put me in contact with Coldwell Banker....Enter MARIA PALMER... I explained our guidelines and she delivered. She was friendly, honest, listened to our concerns. She explained every document, returned every phone call, email or text. How rare is that now a days. Truly great customer service, awesome experience. This company is lucky to have such a down to earth awesome real estate agent. MARIA YOU ROCK!
