  • Underwhelmed. First visit for lower leg laser treatment using groupon. Technician whipped through it in 10 mins. Not to mention how quickly she whipped the bed around making me dizzy. I've had laser at other clinics & legs take much longer than 10 mins. Before I was off the table the technician was trying to sell me additional packages. I said I'd wait to see the results first. Her reply, "this is the very best laser anywhere." Great, the Donald Trump of laser over statement. I asked for tissues to wipe off the large amount of gel still covering my legs. Technician seemed put out by the request. When I went to get my coat that had been hanging nearby, there was gel all over it. WTF? I'll go back & finish the package I've paid for, but no intention to go beyond. No idea how they stay in business in a place like Liberty Village where people expect good service.
