  • Although finding termites at your house is never a pleasant experience, Bill's technicians made the treatment process as pain-free as possible. From the initial estimate visit, to the treatment, all the technicians were extremely courteous, efficient, and neat. Although it hasn't been quite a week, I feel like the treatment was very thorough, and from the amount of chemicals they used...I don't know how anything could survive. Only time will tell, but customer service is extremely important to me and that is where these guys have gone above and beyond so far.
