Its not raining anymore on Yonge Street. Close the umbrella and get a good latte topped by a silky froth that gently strokes the roof of your mouth.
This place is named after somebody who historically knew what to do with coffee beans. Having been accustomed to "real" cappuccinos, lattes and espressos, I have often been suspicious of places using such names for those beverages. . Finally a refined coffee without a burned or even "angry" aftertaste. The pastries are also made on site and quite delicate. Hopefully the quality will be consistent in the long run. I appoint my 5-Stars with confidence.
Recently coffee in Toronto is finally improving, and in general independent cafes are truly helping a lot.
