  • I came to this store because it is close to my house and my phone is pretty much broken. I have come here before and have had great service but today was even better so I decided to write this review. I called prior to coming in and explained that I couldn't hear out of my phone and everything was slow RJ told me to come in and he will look at it immediately. RJ helped me when I came in and saw I had a million and one things wrong with my phone and he had Aldo take over to talk to me about my insurance policy and what it would look like if I got a new phone. RJ and Aldo were amazing employees and amazing with customer service. They treated me like family, broke things down for me to understand, and mapped everything out for me. Aldo did the work of mapping it out and helping me understand everything. He was extremely patient, understanding, and kind the whole time. Another employee I noticed, I believe his name is brandon and he is the manager was nothing but kind to anyone on the phone or anyone walking in. They have an amazing team and I couldn't thank them enough for helping me.
