  • Went here a month ago for dry lips and a rash. PA Kelly looked and prescribed an ointment / cream and to follow up in a month. After going to the pharmacy and they wanted over $800 for a cream, I called the doctors office and they told me they will call back. They spoke with the pharmacy and prescribed another cream and that one was still very expensive with insurance. Called the doctors office again and spoke with them. They said they will call back but never heard from them. Went for a follow up and saw Kelly again, told her that I have the same problems and it doesn't seem to be getting better. She said I have to keep using the same items she prescribed. I also expressed my concerns and letting her know that I feel the treatment is not working. Her response was "you don't have to be rude." I feel that I would be able to express this to my doctor but she is not professional enough to listen. After the comment that Kelly made, I will not be returning. It was uncalled for and offensive.
