I have eaten here several times before with my son, who is a Pitt student. The food has always been quite good. The prices can seem a little high, but you're paying partly for a nice atmosphere, with a great experience during warm weather, when they can open up the side walls, or you can eat on the patio. However, one Saturday my family and I went there for brunch. One son loved his Marguerite pizza, and my wife liked her salad OK. However, my other son and I tried the fried chicken and biscuit with sausage gravy. The batter on the chicken was so salty it was almost inedible. It was really over the top salty. I hope the kitchen gets the message.
