  • Great customer service!!! Rachel has cashed me out several times, and i'm always greeted with a genuine, and lovely smile! I went into today to purchase a wet/dry shop vac. I had asked her after i paid for the 2.5 gallon vac, when she thought they would be getting the five gallon shop vac back in stock. She checked with her manager, who said he thought they had some in back. He went to the back and poked his head out to inform me they did. Then had someone bring me the five gallon shop vac. Rachel gave me a 20% off coupon and I ended up only paying $4.98 difference from the 2.5 gallon I purchased. Really awesome customer service and the 20% off coupon was a really nice surprise. Thank you Harbor Freight!!!
