  • Very rude and deceitful employees. They will quote you one price over the phone, but after showing up and doing the work, will tack on charges for additional services that I never requested. Apparently, they charge extra to take apart and reassemble a lock, even though that seems like a normal part of re-keying. Not sure how they decided removing several screws and then putting them back is worth $40. If you do need a locksmith, be sure to get the name of the person you talk to, as well as thoroughly discuss the price with the employee before he starts the work.
