  • I really WANT to love Dozen. The people who work there are really nice, I've been really impressed by the owner (or one of the owners.. not sure if there are multiple), I like how they've set things up at their new locations, etc. Unfortunately, I haven't been impressed by their food or cupcakes at all, really. The food has been pretty bland and overpriced. The cupcakes have been dry and the icing is too thick and heavy. I will probably try it again here and there, but in my opinion, there are better places to find cupcakes in Pittsburgh.
