  • Our washer and dryer died on us simultaneously last week. After looking around I decided to call this company based on customer comments. The technician Eric showed up within the time window and promptly looked at our appliances in a very professional manner. Even though the washer repair would've been very expensive (eventually, we decided to get a new one), Eric was able to resolve the problem of our dryer in a matter of minutes. Eric was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
