  • This was the only horribly rude experience I have ever had at in and out burger... I walked in and there was no line an I was carrying my service dog puppy in my arms and everyone commented on how cute she was except this rude girl with acne approximately 23-28 years of age walked over with a scowl on her face looked at me and walked away. She seems to have been some lower level manager since nobody corrected her. I paid for my order and then she came back and told me to leave. I told her this is my service dog and as such by federal law is allowed to a accompany me literally anywhere and besides she is in my arms, not running loose. She insisted that I leave anyway, so I left. WORST IN AND OUT EMPLOYEE EVER!!! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
