  • I had the misfortune of having to deal with Randy,a customer service manager behind the customer service desk. Not only did he have no clue what he was doing, causing me to have to wait for over an hour with my screaming baby for a problem someone else fixed in 2 minutes, he was rude and verbally abusive to me, other shoppers, and his employees.
