  • My boyfriend got me a box for my birthday. They were pretty good. It was the first time I tried gourmet chocolates like these. They were small & of course more on the pricey side. There are some things I wasn't happy about. My boyfriend said he asked for recommendations for the last 4 & the employee put in 3 coffee-type flavors. They all tasted the same. I wish they put in a variety of flavors rather than all those 3 being coffee/mocha flavors. He also told them I don't like caramel, but they insisted to put in some caramel ones. He just went with it because he trusted their suggestions. Of course people have their own opinions of flavors so I don't blame the employees...I just wish they explained different flavors based on what the customer enjoys (citrus, coffee, caramel, nuts, etc.) Another thing is they recommended sesame toffee which was pretty good, but the box said it expired last month so I'm not sure if they were just saying that to sell it. Also, for those who are used to the typical chocolate peppermint flavor, their mint is actually real mint leaf ganache. Not bad, but don't be surprised with the taste.
