While the salespeople are great (I dealt with Jason and Tony) the management is absolutely horrible. We had an item sold out from under us as we continued to shop. We were given a story by management that simply didn't jive. The manager simply wouldn't make the issue right. We walked out with store credit and a really horrible experience. They need to prove that both local and corporate management understand the value of customer service.
I will give them props for reducing their way overpriced 99$ delivery fees by half for me. I would be very aware that their delivery and return/restocking fees are quite high. If you don't have a truck of your own just know you are going to pay a high price for that delivery.
