  • Employees are awesome and the food is great, the only problem is how understaffed they are. I tried to order lunch for my office once and after half an hour on hold had to hang up and order from elsewhere. Every time we call to place an order for pickup it takes forever for someone to answer the phone, not sure why they don't have the phones fully staffed during lunch time!
