  • I can't believe how disrespectful these people are, my order was placed in early April with ETA of 6-8 weeks, I waited for 3 months to contact them but never heard anything back. Waited 2 more weeks and try to email/call but nothing back. I moved out of my shipping address so I have been trying to simply change my shipping address and I have emailed them multiple times with out any response. I saw many people are posting on their Instagram account so I decided to write comment asking for my order and change shipping address. Well they blocked my Instagram account, so they took away my only way of communication with them. I am not even mad about the long wait time, I just want to change my shipping address. I think instead of them waisting money on new photo shoots and adds they should get their act together and answer their customers.
