I bought a Groupon for a cut, color, & style with Angie at Posare for my wife. She called to make the appointment and was asked to send a picture of her hair. She sent the picture and the reply was that she was going to be charged an additional hundred dollars!! They exploited the "fine print" that says there may be an extra fee for thick or long hair. My wife's hair is standard shoulder-length. Classic bait-and-switch, a hundred dollars isn't an "additional fee", it's gouging. Had to wrestle with Groupon but finally got a credit. Beware the fine print, folks.
