  • Currently been on hold for 15 min... waiting to let them know they did not deliver my 2nd "scheduled" delivery again... I can't believe this, every time I call I'm on hold for over 30 min... I will probably be cancelling my service... I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering from Sparkletts, I mean Crystal Springs, I mean DSR?!?! What the heck is their name anyhow. AGH! so annoying. Don't waste your time with this company... I'm calling Le Bleu RIGHT NOW!
