Wish I could give this place more stars! But gasp. I find it hard when I have so many other aquarium experiences in my mind to compare it to. Staff has been friendly every time so I will get that out of the way first. The prices are a bit steep. $20 for an adult and $14 for a child as little as 2 years old. It adds up as a family. The aquarium is tiny so the price tag is not worth it to me. The fish exhibitions are sad and small and don't stand out much. There is a part about how much trash is in the oceans- which is somewhat educational but I would really like for there to be more fish instead. I believe it's common knowledge that plastic has taken over our oceans and the exhibition is not that great- part of it includes a cylinder with water and trash floating on top. I have gone through the entire aquarium in about 30 minutes. The shark tank is the coolest area to walk through. Lots of sharks to look at who get really close to the glass and you can see their menacing teeth. Whenever I come I probably circle the tank twice or three times so my little one can have more to look at and get our money's worth I try to rationalize. Would like to see this place remodeled and a tad brighter. I still don't know why there are tortoises in the aquarium but I have never asked either so perhaps I am not well informed on the decision to include those guys.
