  • After a long day of traveling to different dealerships trying to find the right car my wife and I made it to Avondale Mazda. Wasn't even a plan to go here as we started the day but I'm glad we decided to try one last dealership before we called it a day. When we arrived we walked over to the new mazda 3's and we're met shortly after by Scott Elflein the Internet sales manager. We never felt pressured, and felt like we were the most important thning in the dealership. he showed us the hatchback and sedan mazda 3's and took us for a test drive. I felt I would like something larger and he recommended the mazda 6 which was perfect. Scott came back with a price they would give us on the trade in that was a little lower then we were quoted earlier in the day. After bringing this up they gladly matched the previous offer and threw in plastidipped rims after I noticed them on another mazda 6 on their lot. All in all from the first time we were approached to the financing until we drove off the lot we were treated great and felt appreciated. If you go to Avondale Mazda ask for Scott he will keep you laughing and will never pressure you into a sale. Thank you Scott for the great customer service and the amazing new car.
