  • Flying first class on US Airways and am an AA Sapphire member but somehow they denied me entry to the lounge. I showed them aa.com's page explaining who gets entry and how I qualify twice, but local agents insist the web page is wrong. Even spoke to a supervisor who tried to say I was reading it wrong before finally admitting that she believes aa.com is wrong.
