  • Been here twice now. A couple of friends love this place, and rave about it constantly, but I haven't been bowled over. Both times I went, they were out of anything I wanted, the service wasn't great (despite being almost empty), and I had to ask about each item in the case, since there weren't any signs telling me what they were. Had the spice cake...Nice flavor, but was a bit stale. Chocolate cake, same. Salad, ok. It's a mixed greens bag salad with bought salad dressing. Can't mess that up too badly. Pasta -- my friend loved hers, I thought mine would have been better had it been hot and not lukewarm. Everything is beautifully presented, I just think I haven't had any great experiences here.
